I just mentioned that the new hardware is cheaper and more efficient than the Xeon options you're considering. It seems like you're not really focused on others' opinions, so enjoy it!
Yeah your budget is 600 ish? That is plenty good enough for a new base system that is going to be better. Brand new gonna be better than all the options you went for. I do recommend getting cl16 memory but if that isn't in budget so be it. You are stuck with the gpu's but not the ddr3 at all. Just sell that on and then you easily have 64gb of ddr4. I wouldn't get this combi but since I don't know a budget at all I just made something that will work.
It's really tough to say—others probably feel the same way. We’re stuck with what we have, mainly because our old setup still limits us. Eight years in PC hardware might feel like a lifetime, and it’s clear newer tech is better. Some might not even try. Sorry for being blunt, but this isn’t sugarcoated.
