I'm evaluating options for a CPU cooler. Currently, my CPU runs at 3.7GHz with the built-in cooler, but I want to reach 4.5GHz while maintaining safe temperatures when it starts up. I've considered the Hyper EVO 212 and the Corsair H60, but I'm not sure if the performance gap between them is significant enough to justify the cost or if they'll keep my CPU adequately cooled. Any additional suggestions or advice would be greatly appreciated.

212 EVO or the Cryorig H7 would be suitable options, offering roughly half the cost of an H60
