I own an i7 3820 with 16ram and a Nvidia gtx680. I need a cooler that fits on my case, it should have a maximum CPU height of 162 mm. I don’t want an open case. I was thinking about Cooler Master Hyper 212 or CRYORIG H7 Tower—do either of them suit?

The 212 Evo is fine as is. Since the processor can't be overclocked, investing in a costly cooler isn't necessary.
