Considering the options, the 4x 8 GB 3200 MHz CL16 for £114 seems more suitable than the 2x 16 GB 3600 MHz CL18 RAM at £113.

3200MHz CL16 matches the performance of 3600MHz CL18 in terms of latency. The 3600MHz model still offers the benefit of a faster FCLK. Why would 3200CL16 outperform it?
