Hi , i got 2 different choices for a budget build , one is :
Mobo : Unknown
CPU : Ryzen 3 3200g
Ram : 16 gb ddr4 That is 3600mhz
Psu : Mag A550BNL
+ 2 Tb Hdd 128 ssd
Price : 210$
And my 2nd option is :
a Z4 G4 Tower
Mobo : Unknown
Cpu : I5 - 9400
Ram : 16 gb ddr4 which is 2666mhz
Psu hp 500Watt gold
+ 250 ssd
Price : 200$
so my question here is if the difference in ram speed would cover the performance lost due to i5-9400 being objectively better than the 3200g ? i've seen in some benchmark the 2666 3600 difference is like 10-20 fps , but the i5 9400 performance with my gtx 1060 3gb is wayy better than 3200g .

yes i did but i found a new deal with the i5 9400, thanks for the replies i think ill go with the i5 9400 build since y'all said ram wouldnt make that much of a difference for intel and no i prolly wont upgrade any soon except if i considered upgrading my 1060 3gb but that should be it thanks!
I think the AMD build for the i5 9400 is worth considering. You just need to check the motherboard model it uses. In the end, it might offer a better value because it could allow for a CPU upgrade later.
