I reside in Turkey and intend to purchase an ATX board. I’ve narrowed down my options to B650 and X670 models, finding the X670E PG Lightning quite affordable compared to others. Should I weigh the B650 Steel Legend against the X670E?

x670e boards are too advanced for most people, but MSI Gaming Plus fits most users' needs at a much lower cost.

I'm not sure about Gaming Plus, but they seem to use discrete MOSFETs and offer decent performance. The price here is 190 dollars, while the X670E PG Lightning costs 260 dollars. Which one do you prefer for upgrading later?

You're referring to isolated MOSFETs. They're commonly used in MSI products, especially in gaming and high-performance systems, likely because they help manage power efficiently.

The latest B650 review was just unboxed, and it seems the choice hinges on your budget. For tight budgets, consider the ASRock B650 HDV. If you have a decent but not overly flashy budget, the Gigabyte AORUS B650 Elite is a solid pick. Keep in mind that some reviews mention the 'm' version doesn't quite match the ATX model, though this isn't universal—especially if you're purchasing the ATX size. Based on your needs, unless you require all SATA and PCIe slots, it's probably not worth going for the X670 or X870 motherboards. The 'e' variant is another option to explore later.

Today’s shorter summary highlights the top items to purchase. TL;DR: Asrock excels across nearly all categories, making it a strong choice.

Hey, I'm watching it right now. From what you're saying, ASRock definitely stands out in many price categories, and even the top-tier brands like ASUS and Gigabyte seem to learn a thing or two from this video. It's interesting how the lower-priced options are catching up too!
