I need to know which model I should receive since I'm purchasing a 1050ti from Evga. For overclocking purposes, which specific unit would be most suitable?

It's a silicon lottery. Each chip is unique and only you'll know until you get the GPU and begin testing. Evga is a trusted maker, so I think there will be some room for improvement. Generally, GPUs that are originally overclocked and labeled as OC or SC tend to have better components for further tuning.

If you're aiming to overclock, search for a unit with a 6pin PCIe connector for additional power, and consider a heat pipe cooler paired with two fans if space allows. However, at 75W it's not necessary to focus heavily on the second fan.
