Sadly, you'll need another functional PC to generate the USB for installation. Do you have access to another system? Or perhaps someone else could help?

Sorry for the delay, but if you relied on a video capture card to run your laptop as the primary device and used it solely as a monitor, you would not lose any data from your laptop.
