I mentioned using a Gigabyte B650 Aero G board, but your board is B650 Aorus Elite, so the terminology will match. Have you navigated to advanced menu settings by pressing F7 as I described in my previous post? That’s the only method available for controlling DDR voltage options. I’d share a photo of my BIOS settings, though—I don’t rely on third-party services to upload images to forums.

there will be a voltage choice for the ram somewhere. experiment with both vdd0 or vddq settings; 1.1v corresponds to ddr5 voltage.

I have the identical motherboard as you, just check the bottom there—it has another hidden section. I'm a bit behind on this.

The F20a bios is now available on the OP board since November 10, meaning some changes to the bios menu items might be present.
