where is all my memory?
Hey, I'm totally clueless about this and hoping you can help. After running my computer for about five hours, it suddenly gets super slow no matter what I do. Every single time I check my memory, it says it's full, but Task Manager shows me using only three out of sixteen gigabytes. That seems impossible isn't it? Windows 11 shouldn't be eating up thirteen gigabytes right? A simple Google search made me tweak some settings in regedit which didn't fix anything so I reset them back. I turned off all notifications and tried running my computer for performance tests. Is sixteen gigabytes not enough for windows 11? Specs: CPU: AMD Ryzen 9 5900X, Cooler: Noctua NH-D15, GPU: Nvidia GTX 1660 Super, Motherboard: Gigabyte B550 Aoruc PRO AC, Memory: G.Skill Ripjaws V 16GB (2x 8GB) DDR4 3200MHz PSU: Antec TruePower Classic 650W. Go ahead and download Process Explorer as an administrator (if there are several versions open, just run procexp64.exe). Then sort by Working Set. If you don't see that option here, right-click the columns, choose Select Columns, hit the Process Memory tab, and turn on Working Set Size.
