It was in Windows 8.1, but I'm not sure where it disappeared to. (You're using Windows 10, though.)

You can also use the enhanced Windows Essential Photo Gallery at http://windows.microsoft.com/en-ca/windo...essentials. It functions similarly to Photo Viewer but offers more features, supports extra image formats, and includes bug fixes. This version was first released with Windows 7 and remains compatible with Windows 10.
