It’s already saved on my PC... now I’m just holding my breath until it actually chooses to update. It’s probably not going to unlock then. A bit under 30 minutes to midnight, right?

5 minutes to midnight at the moment. I live in Canada, UTC -5:00, the same time zone as New York. From what I've read, it should be released at midnight(12am) my time, for the entire country, meaning 9PM for people in PST. Not sure if it's true though.

It's now midnight. No activity detected. However, reviewing for updates showed 12 fresh Windows 7 patches... They hadn't appeared just five minutes prior.

It's 8 minutes past midnight... nothing at all... Well, maybe I'll handle this later. It's strange, though—I could just launch setup.exe in C:\Windows and install Windows 10. But I don't want to take a chance and risk missing out on the upgrade.

I looked for the pre-download after skimming the threads this morning, and now it's midnight—Windows 10 is ready to install via Windows Update (14% complete so far).
