You're considering timing your purchase of the Ryzen 5 3600 carefully. Right now, prices are fluctuating, and ShopRBC is offering it for $255—still higher than usual. The new 3600X model could bring better deals, but it seems more focused on the 3600X lineup. Whether waiting a few weeks will really lower costs depends on how much the market drops, which can be unpredictable. It might not make a huge difference if the price change isn't significant.

I don't believe prices will fall significantly for you. You could cut a few dollars by waiting a bit, though I won't imagine anything major happening.

Likely minimal impact overall. In fact, PSUs and Motherboards should become cheaper soon once production lines settle down.

There won’t be major drops in cost until manufacturing and delivery return to typical levels. A slight reduction might appear in a couple of weeks, but I’m unlikely to see substantial savings.

I doubt it much. The 3600xt seems unlikely to perform well.
