Got home today and tried to update my drivers before playing anything. After updating, I restarted my PC but it won’t start anymore. I removed everything and put it back in, then discovered the issue only appears when the CPU is plugged in. Need advice on how to fix this. I have an i7 10700K.

I am unable for the computer to shut down before any screen could appear, and it doesn’t show up unless the CPU is powered on.
