I’m curious if others have faced this issue and can offer guidance.
My PC has been running for about four months with everything functioning properly, but tonight it repeated the same problem—after booting, it landed on the ‘choose an option’ screen where you can restart, troubleshoot, or power off the system.
I followed the usual steps: pressed continue boot as before, and after the update finished, it worked correctly.
This has only occurred twice in the past four months. Should I be worried? The BIOS seems fine, and I’ve reset the PC several times using the default WinRE factory settings, which cleared everything.

I would attempt to save any important mission-related data from your system or operating system drive, and create a bootable USB installer for Windows 11 for convenience. I’d also recommend updating your motherboard’s BIOS to the latest version before reinstalling the OS rather than resetting it.

The BIOS is the newest version, thank you for letting me know. I should have explained better; I reinstalled the most recent operating system using the WinRE ASUS tool.
My computer model is an ASUS Rog Strix G16.
