As explained here, it feels like the mouse moves smoothly but then suddenly stops and resumes in its place. The same thing happens with the keyboard—when holding down a key like "a," it briefly pauses and then moves again without notice. There are also instances where all USB ports turn off, flash, and then come back on. Additionally, my graphics card LED displays "gigabyte" because I have a system with that capacity, and it also shuts off when the USB ports stop working. Gaming is now extremely difficult. I've attached video clips showing what this stuttering looks like.
