Are you setting XMP or doing it yourself? For Aorus motherboards, XMP often doesn't work automatically—you need to adjust settings manually for overclocking.

I left Bios off and just enabled X.M.P for consistency. To maintain a steady speed, I lower it to 4000MHz with frequencies of 15-16-16-36, but I notice improved results at those X.M.P settings.

More is preferable, aiming to remove factors. Large changes here can lead to unpredictable issues... If your RAM supports 1.5 volts, 1.55 or 1.6 should be fine.
