This pre-built cyber power I received from a friend works best when her headset is positioned in front of the PC. We can clearly hear almost everything she does on her computer through Discord. Why? How to fix it? It doesn’t function when the headset is in the back, but she can’t reach it under her desk. I believe it’s related to the case, since plugging it directly into the motherboard removes it. I tested this when the PC was in my hands.

On the taskbar's lower right corner, examine the hidden icons (resembling a ^ next to LAN/WiFi and sound symbols). Open them to find a sound booster option. Search the menus for front panel audio jack settings and look for controls to restrict sound to just the front jack. I used Nahimic software on an MSI board and adjusted the settings accordingly. A comparable configuration should exist in Realtek Audio Console under Device Advanced Settings.
It worked before, and I remember the spot well enough. The exact location is a bit unclear, but I’m sure it’s where the scene was set.
