I noticed your Galaxy Tab S6 Lite 2019 runs smoother. It’s not about having full desktop apps, just a fast enough experience for everyday use. With over 1000 devices in use, it should definitely outperform a 200€ new tablet. The speed boost is real—though there are some quirks, like the system sometimes freezes when issues arise and a pop-up appears. Feedback is hard to come by during those moments, which slows things down. A solution might be possible, but it seems like a tough challenge right now.

This concept has appeared before and really surprises me. It highlights how large corporations can struggle with differing opinions on a project. They anticipate ARM’s potential in desktop technology to pursue a partnership with Microsoft, yet they believe ARM lacks the capability for significant desktop development and won’t create powerful SoCs. The Windows on ARM group should be compelled to test their skills by working on an M1 or M2 Macbook Air running Windows in a virtual environment, followed by a session on the Surface Pro X. This experience should likely provide them with all the insights they need, even if they already possess them.

They absolutlt know it runs better on m1. No way its untested. Right now we are seeing a move to in house chip trails by big corporations and samsung stopping. So it can still go either way if other platforms will get proper support or be at the mercy of chip manufacturers that refuse to support their products

It doesn't always occur simultaneously. Sometimes it seems manageable at first, but after a few years it becomes much more difficult and people give up. Additionally, individuals within organizations shift; those who once believed it was worth pursuing may leave, and others lose confidence.

Someone must be monitoring Nvidia, Broadcomm, or AMD when examining Mac sales, Windows market share, and potential opportunities.

Nvidia pursued the arm initiative but faced rejection. Amd halted its arm efforts. Intel followed a similar path. Arm remains largely focused on consumer applications and isn't prominent in large data center markets. Apple has been committed to Arm for about ten years. Samsung was its main competitor but discontinued involvement due to exynos being considered less competitive.
