Fable 1 had some amazing atmospheric soundtracks. Other than that: Supergiant Games' soundtracks are great and I love a great deal of Danny Baranowsky's music.

GW, Oblivion. Most of Jeremy Soule's work and that's a lot of games. I enjoyed the music in Fable 2 and 3, appreciated the mood and visual style of those titles, but wished for improved gameplay.

Man, I really want to say Persona 5, but this is the PC Gaming subforum, so I'm gonna go with NieR: Automata. Some other good ones are: Dark Souls III, Transistor, Payday 2, Jamestown, and Life is Strange.
