Your X470 is indeed PCIe 3.0, but after swapping the CPU, it shows PCIe 4.0. That’s normal behavior—PCIe versions can change based on the hardware you install. As for your Link speed, if the GPU limits are affecting it, it might run slower than expected, even though the PCIe version is higher.
