I never installed it due to the annoying origin prompt whenever I open Origin, telling me to become the Titan for two days. No way to turn off these same ads, so I didn’t get it.
I own Titanfall but stopped because there wasn’t much new content and the player base was tiny. The game quickly became stale, just like with Evolve—once you spend 20-30 minutes, you’ve seen everything. It’s usually a case of love or hate, and I think most people disliked it more than enjoyed it.
I really enjoy Titanfall. I dislike the repetitive design of Call of Duty. The only time I stopped playing was when I wanted to play solo games. My ideal game would be a Battlefield 4 featuring Titans. Picture a Titan snatching a tank by a barrel and smashing another Titan with it, or launching a tank across the city 500 meters away. That's pretty wild!
The smart pistol works best with AI systems. It often fails when targeting real players, especially if they hide behind cover.
Titan Fall really pulled off an impressive balance between gameplay and its characters. It's definitely a notable achievement. However, there are some drawbacks. As a multiplayer-focused title, it offered limited game modes and weapons, often giving you just one of each early on. That made the experience feel repetitive and eventually uninteresting. Still, it's a solid game overall, and the developers might improve it in future updates.
