the term "bottleneck" refers to which part is limiting performance significantly, especially when the CPU isn't running at full capacity. It relies on how each core is utilized. For example, with a Ryzen 5 1600 and four cores at 100%, that's what’s slowing things down. Of course, if you’re achieving the performance you expect, a bottleneck shouldn’t be an issue for your PC.
It seems different in games. Maybe your PC is strong enough so the GPU and CPU don’t have to work at full speed for the game you’re playing
I observed the MSI chart, but not every one is hitting 100% load.
