Hey there, I have a PC with those specs: an i3 8100, 8GB Corsair DDR4, GIGABYTE H310 M H GTX 1050ti. Recently playing GTA V, my system shut down and restarted but didn’t work at all—no display, no keyboard or mouse signal, and the DVD drive just turned off. When I tried to fix it, a repair shop said the motherboard had defects. They said it was on warranty, so I brought it in for service, but instead of replacing it, they repaired it. After reassembly, the issue still happened. It keeps happening. Any advice or help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Request a refund from the service center. Determine if it was an iPhone repair shop or a computer store.

If a hardware issue wasn't the motherboard, you'd hear beeps. Connect the small speaker to the FP header near the case power and reset switch. The setup seems correct. Check the post codes listed in my signature for more details. Good luck!

I'll attempt it once more. They repaired it at the shop already. Thank you for your assistance—I'll share the sounds I produce.

I attempted it with your advice, using a beep speaker, but no beeps came out.
