I'm still relying on a mediocre GPU since the 1080 is sold out. The one I want works best in GTA 5, but it looks terrible without AA enabled. My GPU is struggling so what's the optimal AA to use for a lower card that keeps FXAA active and MSAA on while reducing FPS? I'm currently running the game at high settings with 1080P and get around 50 FPS even without any advanced graphics or FXAA.

Do you rely on a NVIDIA GPU since double TXAA delivers performance close to double MSAA while maintaining a 4x MSAA appearance?

No, I haven't done anything yet. Are you aiming for a flawless 60 or are you okay with a stable 45 FPS?

Stock should be checked differently; I haven’t altered it yet. Just need the game to appear nice and perform well, around 45 is acceptable.
