get the win 10 iso and copy it onto a usb drive using rufus. then follow the link to install it from microsoft.

Directly obtain the ISO file from Microsoft's site, attach it to a DVD or flash drive, and you're ready to go.

Why not opt for USB? All current mobos are compatible and you can reuse the stick afterward. It looks great as new. Just installed Vista via USB (noticed I had to install XP first and then upgrade, still needed to reinstall Vista).
