Het probleem lijkt te zijn dat de taken niet voldoende CPU-capaciteit benutten, maar de processor is bijna volledig in gebruik. Wat er precies gebeurt is niet duidelijk zonder verdere informatie.

With over 100 processes, each contributing 0.49%, the overall percentage sums to 49%. Please take care of that computer, it hurts your eyes.
