What's happening with Windows 11?
Hello,
I’m performing a factory reset on my PC using Windows 11 and encounter the alert
"Windows could not determine the language to use for setup. Error 0x80004005."
Thank you for your assistance.
if you're okay with factory resetting, just perform a clean install so you won't have to deal with Windows issues after replacement. Visit the link provided and download the second option - https://www.microsoft.com/software-download/windows11. I recommend using a functional PC to create the installer. You can then generate an installer on USB and boot from it. Refer to this guide: https://forums. – it's mostly similar. This timing is good since Windows 11 version 23H2 was released recently.
hey thx for your reply. you're right i need to do a clean install of win11.
ty
have you attempted as i have inconsistent updates regarding that?
Yes, I confirmed and MS indicates it will remain that way for the next couple of weeks.

Weird as it sounds, @Darkbreeze, but I confirmed he received 23H2 a few days back. Thanks for using the update assistant path then.
It's likely the update occurred while installing, as it was simply an "Enablement package" that activated features from the earlier (Moment 4) KB version.
