While playing around in "Settings," I tried to check, modify and/or remove compromised passwords from a data breach. When I clicked on "Change Password" for a specific site, I was redirected to a completely different website...??? Am I missing something? Thank you very much in advance for your time and attention!

The webpage might be sending you to another location. Launch the developer console, go to the "Network" section, and check the redirected domains.

Thanks. Could you clarify what the "developer console" and "Network" tab refer to? I'm a bit confused about their purpose.

Press Ctrl + Shift + I on the password manager page and in the menu that appears (the "developer console"), select the "Network" tab at its upper middle. Then click on the "Change Password" as usual, and new entries will appear in the developer console window. Click on the "Url" field of any entry to expand it, and follow the domain names displayed as you move down. A redirect would show, for example, I am on forums. but if you click a link in someone's post and go to docs.google.com with a "Status" of 301, 302, 307 or 308 (302 is most common), you might be redirected to youtube.com.

Thank you. I performed this action and when I click "Change Password," it directs me to a different site on the list. For example, on TennisWarehouse.com, clicking "Change Password" leads to JaguarForums.com.
