I have a 2133mhz ram and my motherboard supports it at that frequency, but sometimes I get a blue screen and it reverts to 1600mhz when it doesn't. I'm confused about what's happening here. This is the specs of my computer.

Is there any custom code available for the CPU? It might be necessary, as not all 4690K models can handle 2133 at stock. Also, do you have the most recent BIOS? Having it could help avoid needing an OC.

Any changes on the CPU (may be necessary, not all 4690Ks can handle 2133 at stock)? Do you have the newest BIOS? It would be helpful to have it, possibly avoiding the need for an OC.
Yes, I have the latest BIOS. I had to unplug my SSD to access the BIOS and update it to 2133, and now it stays stable at 2133 without going back down to 1600.
