I don’t know what I did wrong, but something’s off. I just installed a new PC about two to three weeks ago, but yesterday EXE.s/programs took ages to open—like two minutes. I haven’t done anything unusual with my computer, and it runs Windows 11.

It occurred to me similar things before. The only way was to reformat and reinstall, keeping in mind the format options I used. This might be a last-ditch effort, but there are other possibilities you could explore first.

I just reinstalled Windows, and everything functions properly now. The edge still isn’t set up, so no browser appears on the PC. It feels like something’s wrong.

My brilliant smart TV suddenly stopped midway through a show. What’s happening now?

Microsoft is letting you remove Edge without installing it. It seems your installation file could be damaged—consider starting over with a USB drive.
