What’s causing my frame rate to be so poor?
I recently purchased this computer, and it functions adequately, however, I’m experiencing significantly reduced frame rates – consistently below 60 frames per second in numerous games. I observed a YouTube video demonstrating that someone with identical hardware achieved substantially higher frame rates, exceeding 100 fps on the same settings while playing titles like Fortnite, Steel Circus, PUBG, and Apex Legends. I’m concerned about the low performance of my NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1660 Ti graphics card and AMD Ryzen 7 2700 processor. Could you please advise me on the possible causes of this issue? Thank you for your assistance.
Given that this product was bought, you have a limited number of choices. You may reach out to ABS or Newegg – whichever company manages the warranty for these items.
