I need a compact, affordable UPS for my PC since we experience frequent outages and unstable voltage yesterday, which caused the PSU to shut down. I already have a German-made power strip with surge protection, but it’s insufficient. My PC specs are: cooler master elite v3 600, i7 9700, RTX 2060 Super, 32GB RAM. Should I choose one of these two models?

You can manage with the first connected UPC. The second UPS offers a longer backup duration, though upgrading to a bigger wattage PSU and stronger parts will make the 2200VA UPS more practical. I'd also benefit from a higher-quality PSU that lasts longer.

You can manage with the first connected UPC. The second UPS offers a longer backup duration, though upgrading to a bigger wattage PSU and stronger parts will make the 2200VA UPS more practical. I'd also benefit from a higher-quality PSU that lasts longer.

Thanks for your response! I believe the UPS you’re considering works well. For your PC, I’m not planning any component upgrades soon, but I’m open to swapping the PSU for a more reliable one. The shop that built it for me in 2020 suggested it, so I went with it without much thought.

I’m not very familiar with power supplies, but these are some options available locally that fit my budget (cheapest to most expensive):
- Thermaltake Litepower 650W
- SilverStone 80 PLUS 230V EU 700W ATX
- DEEPCOOL DA700 80 Plus Bronze certified 700W
- XPG Pylon 650W 80 Plus Bronze Certified with fluid dynamic fan
- XIGMATEK THOR T750M 750W 80 BRONZE Full Modular
- DeepCool DQ650ST 650 Watt 80 Gold

Which ones seem worth upgrading? I think the DeepCool DQ650ST at 80 Gold might be the best choice if you’re looking to improve performance.
