If you're transitioning from one server to another or transferring items between computers, how can I make this easier? For instance, if I need to move these files:
Discord
Chrome
Firefox
Software 1
Software 2
Document 1
Software 3
Document 2
Document 3
Should I bundle everything into a single file?
IMG?
USB drive?
I prefer having everything in one place so I can simply click and complete the task.
Compared to sending files by email or searching for downloads online.

Network storage (NAS) for documents and other files. Such software is generally not easily moved.

unless you're running portable software, the software must be reinstalled. for each document, you can save your file in one place.
