I uploaded several modifications to that folder, but they aren't functioning properly. For instance, the trainer menu isn’t showing as intended, and another menu appears simultaneously. I also need to download a mod from the provided link, but it’s not working at all. I’m looking for guidance on which files should be removed.

It varies. Using the original script hook causes the game to crash during online attempts, which is intentional to prevent bans. With a modded version, online play becomes possible. Also, consider using the GTA V Mod Manager.
