It might seem clear, but generating a bootable USB with the media creation tool on Windows 10 Enterprise will likely lock you into that version. Installing Windows 10 Home remains possible if you need it.

The media creation tool isn't suitable for generating the W10 Enterprise edition, according to the information on the website. When setting up a bootable drive, you'll be prompted to choose your desired Windows version (Home/Pro) and bit size (32 bit or 64 bit).
