I'm setting up a PC for my parents, and they're hesitant about using a cable. Everyone keeps recommending Wi-Fi cards that don't work with Windows 10, but I just need something that supports speeds up to 200 Mbps. What should I choose?

The product functions with the W10 model. The issue seems to be related to a driver update, not a hardware incompatibility.

The response should be adjusted to fit the box requirements. Check official documentation or contact support for driver updates needed.

Hi there, this device came with a CD containing all the drivers pre-installed. You can obtain updates from the manufacturer's website by searching online for the specific driver name, like "TP-LINK AC1200 drivers." This should take you to the official site and provide download options. Simply run the downloaded file, restart your system, and it should function properly. The same applies to other components you purchase, including additional WiFi cards.
