I acquired an Asus Crosshair VI Hero motherboard nearly a year ago for $200 at BestBuy, which included a free Ryzen 5 1600. I’ve been using a TP Link PCI WiFi adapter to connect to the internet. Because I’m still learning about the motherboard’s features, I noticed there’s an M.2 slot for WiFi. Since I’m not familiar with m.2 WiFi cards, could anyone recommend resources that explain the differences between them? Also, what cables or antenna mounts should I look for? For context, my current speeds are around 40 Mb/s download and 6 Mb/s upload, so I don’t need an additional m.2 card but would like one to free up space on the board. Thanks in advance! -Darkroe
