I constructed my initial computer, but it now shows an fTPM error. When I pressed "y", the machine restarted and then powered off during operation. This occurred while attempting to install Windows 10. Now, when I power it on, all the fans stop spinning but continue to move independently with the GPU, AIO, etc. The device doesn’t display anything, and I’ve tried several fixes: reseating the CMO, clearing it, reinstalling the GPU, restarting the power supply, ensuring no loose cables or pins. I’ve used two monitors with one HDMI and one VGA. Anyone know the reason?

Additionally, it remains on even when I try to turn it on, just displaying "on" without any further action. There’s no display or notification at all. It also reported: "Press <DEL> to enter setup." New CPU installed, fTPM/PSP NV corrupted or structure changed. Press Y to reset fTPM, but if BitLocker or encryption is enabled, the system won’t boot without a recovery key. Press N to retain the previous fTPM state and continue booting; fTPM won’t activate in the new CPU. You can revert to the old CPU to recover TPM-related keys and data.

I attempted to use the delete button to access BIOS, but that didn’t work, so I pressed Y. Now the computer doesn’t show anything at all. I’m unsure how to obtain a recovery key, as I don’t understand its purpose. Help would be greatly appreciated.

TPM and secure BOOT aren't necessary for Windows 10, allowing you to turn them off.
