Hello everyone.
I rely on various tools to evaluate specific parts of my computer. I'm interested in knowing what others use for stress testing CPU, GPU, RAM, and more.
Thanks.

With a system having roughly two cores, testing is possible on Windows entirely 😄.
I often monitor temperatures during video export (CPU usage typically reaches about 100%).
I've also tried the Heaven Benchmark and the built-in Far Cry 2 benchmark for GPU performance.

Cinebench R23 ideal for fast gaming overclock checks.
3D Mark Firestrike works well with older cards, Time Spy suits newer ones.
RT isn't really my thing, so skip Port Royal.
HWMonitor 64 and EVGA Precision replace MSI Afterburner until I have to give up on the EVGA card.

I usually rely on memtest86 for memory checks, prime95 for CPU evaluation, furmark and unigine super position in sequence for GPU assessment. Occasionally a near-limit GPU passes tests on either one or the other, but I've never seen a near-limit GPU succeed both consecutively for 24 hours each. I use HWmonitor to keep an eye on temperatures in Windows. The power supply experiences significant strain during furmark and unigine super position runs, which also affects those tests. I don’t have much for disk reliability testing; with SSDs they generally perform well until they stop working.

Usually what I rely on. Never tried OCCT before. Planning to give it a shot. Thanks.

Mike, what is your review of this cooler:
Arctic Liquid Freezer III 360
I was thinking of buying it. Many reviews state it is a pain in the azz to install on an AMD platform. Any info would be great. thx

Currently, I rely mainly on benchmarks from CpuID and Intel for comparisons online. In my younger days, I spent a lot of time checking whether my CPU or RAM could boost performance by just a few frames.
