There’s almost no data about your RAM, so we can’t simply provide timings. It varies based on your motherboard, CPU, RAM, and power supply, and even then, timings can differ slightly due to manufacturing differences. You’ll need to adjust them yourself—either by doing some research or accepting that you might not get much better than XMP. In fact, with a basic motherboard, you’re unlikely to exceed that level.

It varies based on your CPU and other details. Usually an A320M chip can't handle RAM above 3200, and with a 2933 processor it's likely the upper limit, so timing should be your main concern.
