Hello, just finished assembling my PC! What temperature ranges are suitable for the CPU and GPU without going overclocked?

Generally in these ranges:
Idle : 30-35c
Load (Gaming): 45-65c
Stress Load (Prime(5) 65-80c
These values depend on several factors and serve only as a general reference, as they vary between systems.
I concur with WildCard999, CPU temperatures are usually under 80c. GPU readings differ slightly. The GPU can handle higher temperatures up to 90c without issues, but keeping them lower is preferable.

To ensure a long life without performance problems like freezes or stutters, maintain temperatures under 80°C. Overclocking has no impact. Aim for below 70°C is ideal. During stress tests, up to 85°C is permissible since it creates excessive load. Also note that your GPU throttles at 90°C, while the manufacturer's rated temperature is 84°C. This suggests they anticipate operation at 84°C until warranty expires, after which results depend on your situation.
