A few days ago there was a power outage. Once the electricity came back, the PC started behaving oddly and took a long time to boot. After it finally started, I rebooted it. I found an update KB5050593 that needed to be installed and it was installed without issues. Since then, the PC has been acting strange again. In settings I tried to uninstall it but it wasn’t found. Any suggestions on what to do next?

It worked. However, discord doesn't function or chrome does. Before I tried it, the user mentioned chrome might not work at all. I believe I need to clear the cache for discord to make it functional, and I'll give it a shot. Thanks!
