I made a change in the control panel mouse settings and now the mouse pointer shows the hourglass icon during loading, similar to Windows 7. I want it to return to the Windows 10 round blue loading animation. What should I click?

Select the option in the dropdown labeled Scheme and pick Windows Default. Confirm by clicking OK
