I completely disagree with these updates since they don't really enhance Windows 11, as they're mostly just beta versions.
I think I'm not enrolled in the insider program, which is even more confusing because the advice to stop it usually means logging out of the program. I haven't really requested this, and sometimes it installs or downloads on its own without my consent.

If you're talking about something like this:
Then make sure "Get the latest updates as soon as they're available" is set to "Off." AFIAK, there's no way to keep Windows from offering these preview updates, but it won't be installed unless it's rolled out to everyone on the next Patch Tuesday.

I use it to join the inside program, but it can also be used to exit from it. After downloading, run the script and then choose the option to stop receiving insider builds.
