What steps can be taken to resolve an issue with the RAM stick leading to stuttering?
This problem has been affecting me consistently, causing every game I play to freeze. In MSI afterburner, when stutters appeared, the GPU usage dropped to 0% while CPU usage reached 100%. I suspected it was related to either the GPU or CPU, but it seems to be the RAM issue. I removed one of the RAM slots (the second one) and the stutters disappeared. Still, I want to use both RAM sticks. Here are my specifications:
R7 5700X
ASRock B550M-HDV
Klevv BoltX DDR4 3200MHz (2x16GB) – I've tried lowering the frequency but it didn't help
RX 6800
Superflower 750W Gold rated
Can someone help me fix this?
Did you really run the memory tests using a program such as MemTest86?

Hi there, thanks for your message. I'll give it a shot soon. You've got some Eid preparations to tackle.
If you exchange the sticks (retaining one installed while swapping the other that was removed), would the issue persist? If it remains unresolved, it could indicate a motherboard problem, as running properly requires only one stick. Based on individual functionality, I’d reinstall both sticks, reset the BIOS to defaults, turn on DOCP, boot into Windows, and use CPUz to verify timing and clock speed.
