I have a PSU from a Dell Inspiron 380 SFF PC. I want to use it for my 3D printer but it won't fit. I need to remove the transformer that lets it switch between 220v/110v. I think I should cross two wires going to the board and leave the other two open. I don't know which wires are which, so anyone can help me. Is there a way to test it and figure out what they are?

if you're unsure, have someone experienced handle it. It's risky for your safety and the safety of others, even if it seems to work now.

Don't modify your enclosure; ensure this PSU fits, or obtain a different one.

Is it about taking out the transformer or the switch?
