Latency should be minimized, aiming for numerous MHz with short timings. For example, a 3600 MHz CL16 performs better than a 3600 CL18. Increasing frequency usually leads to higher timing requirements.

However, after reaching the actual speed of 200, returns drop sharply. For example, with a 3600MHz RAM and CL at 18 or 3200MHz and CL at 16, the situation changes.
