Frappe really messes with my FPS, and I searched but found nothing. Can I try Dxtory—it shouldn’t lower my frame rate.

You need to capture the gameplay using ShadowPlay, and the FPS counter should appear in the recording. Yes, you can set it up that way.
The FPS counter will appear in the video. I’m not sure how to generate a text file format like Fraps does.
