Frappe really messes with my FPS, and I searched but found nothing. Can I try Dxtory—it shouldn’t lower my frame rate.

Because they include an Intel integrated graphics card, QuickSync is available without affecting performance and it can achieve around 150,000 Kb/s during testing.

You can check the FPS by using built-in tools or software that monitor your game's performance during playback. ShadowPlay itself doesn't provide real-time FPS data, but you can rely on system monitoring apps or in-game diagnostics to track it.

If either fraps or bandicam is playing in the background without recording and the FPS counter is on, it will appear in your shadowplay video.

You need to capture the gameplay using ShadowPlay, and the FPS counter should appear in the recording. Yes, you can set it up that way.

The FPS counter will appear in the video. I’m not sure how to generate a text file format like Fraps does.
